As the Service Delivery Manager at CareX Australia, I am proud to lead a compassionate team dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. With over 20 years in Community Services—and five years focused on the Disability Sector—my work is driven by a deep commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and person-centred care.
Throughout my career, I’ve been guided by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, independent life. At CareX, I oversee the delivery of innovative, client-focused services tailored to the unique goals of each person we support. I’m passionate about building genuine relationships, listening to lived experiences, and ensuring every voice is heard and valued.

HEIDI
SIL Team Leader
As the SIL Team Leader at CareX Australia, I lead with empathy, accountability, and a strong foundation in hands-on care. Starting over six years ago as an Assistant Nurse in aged care, I learned the value of patience, trust, and presence—qualities that continue to shape my approach in the disability and mental health sector, where I’ve found my true purpose.
In my role, I support senior management in daily operations, coordinate participant activities and appointments, oversee medication procedures, and help lead staff training and supervision. My focus is always on safe, effective care that meets industry standards.
I’m driven by the opportunity to help participants find confidence, purpose, and connection in their lives. Building meaningful relationships—with participants, families, and the wider community—is central to my work.
Equally important to me is supporting my team. I strive to foster a workplace where staff feel valued, equipped, and empowered to provide the best care possible. For me, this work isn’t just a job—it’s a calling to create a safe, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
