As the Service Delivery Manager at CareX Australia, I am proud to lead a compassionate team dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. With over 20 years in Community Services—and five years focused on the Disability Sector—my work is driven by a deep commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and person-centred care.

Throughout my career, I’ve been guided by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, independent life. At CareX, I oversee the delivery of innovative, client-focused services tailored to the unique goals of each person we support. I’m passionate about building genuine relationships, listening to lived experiences, and ensuring every voice is heard and valued.

Our work is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration.  Support Co-ordinator

Working in disability and aged care has been my passion for over 20 years. I began my journey as a support worker in a day program and gradually progressed into team leadership roles. Through dedication and a love for what I do, I discovered that hard work truly pays off. Transitioning into support coordination felt like the natural next step, allowing me to guide clients and their families through the NDIS journey with confidence and care.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of advocating for and supporting a diverse range of clients and their families. Each experience, including the challenges, has strengthened my expertise, resilience, and commitment to creating meaningful outcomes for those I work with. I continue to evolve alongside the industry, constantly learning new ways to better understand and support the people I meet.

I firmly believe that communication and collaboration are the keys to success. As a Support Coordinator, I help NDIS participants navigate the system, connect with the right services, and achieve their goals. With over 10 years of experience in the disability sector, I bring strong organisational skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to make the NDIS journey clearer and less overwhelming. My focus is always on empowering participants to live their best lives, build trust, and find practical solutions that promote independence.

In my role, I oversee participants’ plans to ensure they remain in the driver’s seat, with their goals and preferences guiding every decision. Working alongside colleagues who share my passion for the industry has helped me grow into a more mature, positive, and collaborative professional. Every day, I am motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people I support.

Care Coordinator

With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I am passionate about supporting individuals to live meaningful and independent lives.

My career began as a Registered Nurse in my home country, where i developed a strong foundation in clinical care and patient wellbeing. In 2020, I moved to Australia to pursue my Master of Nursing at the University of Wollongong, graduating in 2022. During this time, I transitioned into the disability sector, starting as a support worker and steadily progressing into leadership and coordination roles.

Since 2021, I have been working as a Care Coordinator, supporting staff, clients, and families in navigating the NDIS journey with empathy, professionalism, and a person - centred approach. I believe that compassion, consistency, and clear communication form the foundation of quality care.

At CareX, my goal is to empower both clients and teams - ensuring every individual feels heard, valued, and supported in achieving their goals. Every day, I am inspired by the positive difference we make in the lives of those we care for.
