A senior executive director with a record of achievement as a result of his energetic and passionate corporate career and strong academic background including a Master of Business Administration. Bino has demonstrated success in managing multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. Bino also has experience in business leadership, finance management, commercial sales, and building high-performance teams. In CareX, Bino is responsible for maintaining the organisation culture and values, driving consumer engagement and strategic partnerships across all lines of business.

Thomas Anil

Customer Engagement & Programme Coordinator

A qualified social worker with more than a decade of experience in supporting people with disability and their families in achieving care goals. Prior to joining CareX, Thomas worked in various roles including NDIS support coordination, consumer engagement, case management with a special focus on mental health and de-addiction. Thomas has hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in handling requirements of NDIS and guiding participants at various stages of their recovery journey. At CareX, Thomas is primarily responsible for coordinating the needs of clients enrolled in our supported independent living program and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
